Our qualified and experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor can help you navigate through life's challenges. We offer individual counselling services that are tailored to your specific needs. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, childhood trauma, or other mental health diagnoses or challenges, we're here to support you.
We offer in-person, phone and video counselling. We offer 50 or 80 minute sessions.
We also have psychoeducational group courses/programs and group counselling.
Jessica Is a qualified Psychotherapist & Counsellor, with a Master's degree in Counselling. She is also a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner and Success Coach,
Jessica has experience working with diverse clients with a variety of diagnoses and concerns.
In recent years, Jessica has supported adults with complex childhood trauma and a history of sexual abuse and victims/survivors of Domestic and Family Violence (DFV).
Jessica takes an integrated and holistic approach to mental health and wellbeing, including humanistic and behavioural theories. Her integrative approach allows her to make use of a variety of therapeutic modalities & techniques to personalise the journey. When clients engage for psychotherapy, Jessica integrates clinical hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching where beneficial.
Depression
Many people face the dark shadow that depression casts on life. Fortunately, through counselling clients can navigate depression, by exploring the concerns about the past, bringing hopefulness into the future.
Anxiety
Anxiety is the flipside to depression, it is another condition that plagues many people today. Anxiety is when worry and stress becomes constant and sometimes debilitating. Clients are supported to find practical and simple tools to combat negative thoughts and fears. We also offer group counselling to encourage peer support and build skills to overcome anxious symptoms.
Mindfulness
Our mindfulness support can help you develop a greater sense of awareness and inner peace. Our licensed therapists provide guidance and support to help you learn mindfulness techniques, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve your overall well-being.
Stress Management
